I'm getting a full set of RDA Rotors and a set of pads to go with next week. Cost $400 from ebay insted of the DBA with pads for $650 from the local Ripoff-barn, Ripco or Scummy Cheap auto. Thats a pritty good price if you ask me.

What do you guys think of slotted's? Much improvment?

Cheers

put it on yourself it's piiss easy. but then again the breaks arn't something you want to f**k around with if you've got no idea.
most people say there's a great improvement, buut generally they go from standard discs and s**t pads to very decent pads and slotted discs, in my opinion most of the improvement noticed is from the pads! (for thee record I have slotted fronts and DBA Golds on the rear (slootted and cross drilled)).

I have them on mine.Big improvment on the standard ones. But yeh u get heaps of brake dust.Im cleaning my mags twice a week. But i think its worth getting them for sure.Im using bendix ultimates in the front and bendix advance in the rear.Ive had them in for a year now and still going strong. But i think ill be up for new front pads around xmas time.

definately a worthwhile upgrade. the standard brakes are pretty shocking when asked for anything more than your mundane driving around. ive got slotted discs and EBC greenstuff pads alround with braided lines on the front. and they feel pretty awesome :D

in the same boat, slotted dbas with greenstuff. lots of dust but the car pulls up awsome, much more confidence, worthy upgrade.

Braided lines somewhere down the line for sure then my brakes are complete!
