Hey guys, ive had this for a while and originally thought it was due to my clutch being too 'grippy'

anyway i seem to have a small cluck when puting in the clutch the change gears and it also does this when letting the clutch go once ive selected a gear..the only way i can stop this it to let the clutch go ever so slowly, but always happeneds when i put the clutch it..expecially when im in first and just going up the driveway or something..what could this be? tail shaft?
