G'day thrillseekers, can somebody tell me if EA/B/D stub axles (steering knuckles if you wish) are the same as EF? Non ABS.

Cheers :D

that's a shame, as I had a pair of spare EL ones I was hoping to use to replace the ball joints w/out having the car off the road for a couple of days.

Ah well, such is life, as someone once said :D

Thanks for that :D

I'm pretty sure that they are the same, its the upper/lower control arms that are different.

pretty sure your wrong. They fit, but throw out geometry and chances of a good alignment.

you will definatly need an alignment, from memory the tie rod hole is a few mm offset compared to ea-ed, so yes it will fit, but will need to be fitted as a pair..

I do know that some geometry changes were made between the models, and between EF and EL, but I am not exactly sure what.

Maybe I just do the EB ones :)
