i found Superlow King springs were fitted in EF XR6, used for about 18 months would these be in good of a condition still to put into my ef xr6 or would they be wrecked or still alrite???
and how much lower would the car sit from the xr6 springs.

They will be fine but will lower about 30-40mm from stock XR height
