Hi all, been looking at suspension for a while now just want some feedback before I commit, I have a falcon gli I have been working on for a while now, setup up I am looking at will be koni reds short shocks adjustable all way round, King lows, super pro or nolathane full vehicle kit include camber kit and whiteline sway bar 30 front and 24 rear.
1. I am wondering if there would be any use say doing a low king in the front and a super low in rear? As the rear does tend to sit a lot higher than the front.
2. I have had feedback to go Superpro over Nolathane, which I would like an opinion from you guys re pros and cons, I am leaning toward super pro too cause they are Aussie made.
All in all do you think this will be a worthwhile setup? Any help appreciated

Do you do a lot of high speed country driving? If you do and your front end is higher than the rear. The front end will be floaty at speed. Don't forget your car will squat a little in gear if its an auto. I've been told superpro are better as well. They are cheaper too. I'll be going with superpro when I do my suspension

answer to ur first question NO the rear doesn't sit higher than the front it sits low on the rear if using the original front shocks due to the seat no having the 30mm drop to suit the height on the rear. now if u end up getting the koni shocks set ur seat on the front koni shocks to lower gap by the default the gap would be set to the middle slot you understand what im talkin about once to get the koni shocks

Okay cool so if I just go low springs all the way round, the seat in the shocks can be adjusted in the front to even the ride height out?

With the sway bars get the adjustable ones, I have a solid 30mm front and a 24mm adjustable rear bar. With the rear bar its best to have it on the softest setting. I found with mine if I went into a corner hard it would understeer a little then snap oversteer. It's Fun if you want to drift but not if you want to go around corners quick.

I have Koni yellows with low king springs all round with 30mm front sway bar. The rear shock tower was modified and extended so the rear doesn't bottom out. My car sits level...actually slightly a*** end down maybe due to a heavy boot install. Going to get the Konis rebuilt if needed and put in Lovells to see if there is any difference in ride.

If you go with a rear sway bar, it can become problematic in the wet, you can lose it much easier as GeZza200 mentioned.

Have been told Superpro is the go as well...but haven't tried either of them.
