Hey Guys,
My 2015 fgx one tonner has a Transmission fault flash up on the dash and drops into third gear. I assume this is a 'Limp Mode'. I have taken the car to a transmission guy, had it serviced and have been told there no codes and nothing wrong with the trans. The only code on the car is a rich mixture P0172. Can this put my car into limp mode? The car has done 150ks and seems to run fine until this flashes up on the dash. I hope someone can help as Ford can't find a problem. Cheers |

Cheers Hi mate,I believe this is simply related to a bad 02 sensor just reading wrong,replace the 02 in question and it should be okay.

Hey johnnyeHCF,
I have replaced the O2 sensor at bank 1. It seems to happen more regularly when the tank is full of fuel. I'm thinking maybe an injector clean. Cheers for the reply |
