hi guys have been running some king spring superlows alround in the 4litre ef and NEEDS!! to change the s**t ford shocks and struts ..are LOWERED MONROE GT SPORTS STRUT AND SHOCK front and back a good choice if not recommend me some please

Well the "s**t" stock Ford shocks and struts are Monroe anyways.. Of course they aren't short stroke ones though.

I wouldn't spend too much on shocks personally, but KYB is generally regarded as a good brand.
