Hi just want to know if anyone can tell me what this gearbox is?

Looks like a light duty 5sp box from an XE or XF Falcon.

Yeah it's definatley the light duty 5 speed, it was found behind 3.3L XE's and XF's, and is quite similar to what was found in Sigmas and Bluebirds. It's quite weak and you don't want it.

Will that bolt upto a 4L or only crossflows?

Yep, another vote for the s**t 5spd (based on the single rail)
Very weak from what I have heard. Only available for the 3.3 because the stock 4.1 would break it. |

Hi thanks everyone
 just got a box today out of an xh . So new conversion will start in a few weeks and the 4l will come out of my mustang and go into my new daily BMW 735i 1989. I can't stand the gutless 3.4L six that it has . Can't wait:)
