will a 1995 XG ute tailshaft fit into a 2002 AU ute?

both are 6 cylinders,
both are utes

a mate just needs a quick replacement because Final Drive Engineering have told him his new one will be ready in 2 weeks :)

measure them up is all i can think of

the splines inside the shaft should be the same

no idea on the uni joint though.....

Get hold of a BA Alloy shaft. Part number will be 3R23-4602-HB or 3R23-4602-HC.

Yes a BA i6 4sp auto ute Driveshaft will also fit an AU i6 4sp Auto ute. These driveshafts wont fit any E series utes or sedans
