also got to work getting some wires cleaned up under bonnet and making sure the vac hoses are all 100%, took the rocker cover off to put a new gasket in. also going to replace the gearbox mount as its knackered, the centre bearing because its starting to get old, the centre cv on the tailshaft is worn too. then im all good.

i dont have any photos but i got under and cleaned the tunnel then sprayed it with sound deadener. help keep a little bit of road noise out.

That clutch has had a hard life, it looks a bit better than the last one though! Keen to know what the new clutch looks like! Hopefully it will be ready for the AFD. I am going to have to get stuck into mine now too, to make sure its all ready for it.

Whats it like driving a car with 750nm of torque? My 6.5L turbo diesel V8 Sierra doesn't even put out that much torque lol.

I assume you could just roll around in any gear?

Your goin for the sprintex aren't you? What power you aiming for?

I should see 300 rwkw once I'm back on gas and have a fresh motor

Nah I ended up going for a whipple (auto rotor) full custom set up as a one off from Geoff. Water to air intercooler set up like the new fords. Paul is doing all the tuning for me also.

I am just saving up for a few things like the ecu (wolf) etc and then I will get it all installed.

I am hoping for around 300rwk from a standard bottom end.

Did you do anything to your head or is is just standard?

ok cool. I am going a similar path. I have got a AU tickford head, with better springs and retainers and will be running a billet cam. I had the head all cleaned up etc as I will be running vapour injection so I had the valves hardend.
