4499 are awesome, had them on my old car, gave it a plenty of poke right across the range along with a deeper note.

Yeah I noticed a change in exhaust note with the swap of headers, also might have changed due to running a proper cat instead of a guttered one!

I have been driving my GFs lancer all day so its hard to say. I reckon its got more torque, but can definitely say the car didn't lose any power!

I was running no-name, press bent, tuned length headers

Here is a pic of the old ones when i purchased them off ebay 3 years ago

Nice boxcar. Well done

Personal preference would be to leave the stock bonnet and boot on it, the skirts look sweet.

Keep us up to date when you do a dyno run.

Not much has happened with the car, got new battery, alternator, purchased a SVO grill during the weeks, hopefully later in the year it will all come together, get painted and tuned properly.

Getting timing cover leak fixed then BBM conversion is next on the list!
