Yeah Im alright now.

I bruised my lungs somehow but they seem to be recovering. My back and chest are still sore too but its not as bad as it has been.

I should be back to normal in a few weeks.

Im just happy not have a broken neck or back. The doctors were surprised nothing broke after looking at the helmet.

Cars are usually disgusting when they are there but this one was alright.

Its in better shape than that blue one I bought back in Jan and sold to Mum for cheap.

Picked up a plenum on the weekend and microtech told me on Friday that the LT10s is on its way in the mail.

Image

The current plan is to get it registered and drive it to the station until I get all the bits together and do all the boring stuff that you need to do before bolting a turbo on. Fuel pump, relocating air con, trans cooler, head studs, valve springs, new head gasket etc etc Once its ready Ill choose a turbo and manifold to use.

Thats the plan anyway. Its a low priority build which Ill work on when Im bored so dont expect lots of updates. I wont be able to make a start until after I resit one of my exams that I missed due to the bike accident. That is in about a months time and Im doing 3 subjects next semester while working full time so its going to be slow going. There may be a possible house purchase jammed into the mix somewhere too so that will slow things down a bit.

I finally got the microtech today. It sat on a desk for a week while someone was away sick.

Its tiny, its the length of my mobile phone and only twice as wide.

The car is going in to get the rwc stuff fixed tomorrow and to have the rwc finalised. It needs rear brakes, an exhaust leak fixed and a windscreen. Not too bad and the mechanic is fixing it all so I dont have to do anything. :)

Once i get rego ill suss out some decent hubcaps and lower it then drive it until I have all the parts collected for a summer time turbo conversion.

Then Ill buy a house.

Dunno yet Chuck. Either a t04z or a 35r. Im leaning towards the 35r for a more responsive setup. Either should go 10's with enough boost.

Have got a few things done on this lately.

Got the rwc and rego done.

Found and fixed a vacuum leak from the inlet manifold gasket.

Replaced the colour coded white strips on the bumpers with the proper black ones.

Image

I bought an innovate LC1 wideband controller and a blue AFR guage to suit.

Image

I bought ebs_4l's old 750cc injectors.

Image

I bought a house with my sister as an investment property.

Image

I replaced the EF thermostat housing with an ED one so I could fit a 2nd coolant temp sensor. Excuse the dirt, it hasnt been washed yet and the power steering cover was hiding it.

Image

The microtech is about 80% wired up now. I have done it so I can swap between the factory ECU and the microtech just by unplugging a few plugs and swapping them around.
