Nice car! I may be a little biased though, I just brought one pretty much exactly the same yesterday 8-)

ah from Mildura car centre, easily one of the dearest blokes in town.... i did see that one there a few weeks ago, he's had a few XR's over the last 6 months.
glad you're happy with the car though mate, enjoy it :)

you have no idea how much I love this car, if I had kids and I had to sell my first born for it well, consider that kid sold!!

best colour ever! It's the exact colour I wanted and buying a second hand car you can't always get what you want and you hardly see them around for sale so looks like we both scored! Both manual too, we win at life

I remember when they first came out and they had the ad with the ute and at the end you just heard it going up the road or whatever it was and it was so flippin sweet! That's when I knew that's what I wanted, didn't have to even be an XR but just a BA so getting an XR6 manual is just the cherry on top.

I remember that one too lol but it's not the one that made me want the car, I'll have to have a look on YouTube later and find it. What ruins that ad now is Craig Lowndes the dirty double trader!

I went to Bathurst the last year he won in a ford, it was like a bitter sweet moment knowing he was going to the other side.

This is the ad I was talking about:

I haven't seen that one before, it's pretty funny though. If I was a dude or lesbian that'd be my car for sure hahaha.

As for AU's ford should just hang their heads in shame!!!! Although without them we wouldn't have BA's so I guess there's always a light at the end of the tunnel.
