Hey guys. Was looking at starting an E-Series build.

Looking at getting this, and then doing it up and taking it down the 1/4.

oo watch out theres a hole in the bottom of the battery coz the power drains out overnite. :roll: :lol:

Haha I know right. But it's a cheap f**k, but it's 650km away from me >.<

I'll see if anymore bids are placed on the car over the next 2 days, and if not I'll snatch it up.

Damn, thats 5L EB Ghia money....... Honestly mate, I'd look a bit deeper before jumping in. OZBMX and I are doing similar with an ED.

True, only problem is finding something that's dead cheap (and stock as a rock). most people want a s**t tin for them.
If I can find something cheaper, then I will go for it. I just want something that I can have dedicated for the strips lol

Yep, I'm in Brisbane. I snatched a lightly modded 5L EB Ghia (extractors, catback, head unti) for sub $400, and the ED was sourced for sub $200.

thats a better buy, but keep your eyes peeled away fronm ebay and you can pick up bargains.

Try local areas, I got my EB Ghia from around the corner from home, the ED came from Jimboomba. Seek and you shall find, try anyone who has an unrego'd car, offer them cash and be surprised a how quick some say yes.
