I have been meaning to update my build thread in ages, it sure has had a few things change, just too damn lazy ah man do it, e series look sleek when they are simple like yours but unfortunately a lot of people ruin them and waste their cash on useless s**t. bit of an update I am currently dropping my car off to a friends who is a panel beater. The red molds are going to freshened up with a lick of paint and polished up, all the black things on the car (washer jets, wipers, wiper grille, 1/4 windows etc) are going to be painted in high gloss black, the inner part of the rear lip and side skirts are getting stone guarded and its getting detailed so will be getting it back on sunday

You got a great looking xr6 mate. As you said, there are cars where simplicity is just better. Yours is a fine example.
How did you go with your headunit? did you end up getting brackets or anything? |

I pulled the bracket out and shoved in two stainless steel pieces on both sides and wedged it in. It won't move at all
