Any suggestions would be helpful yet it be exterior interior and engine work. i just want to make it a cool first car

Start with the basics dude, just get a nice set of wheels, exhaust, tint and get it lowered. Then you will be able to have a clearer idea of where to go next with the car.

Wheels - 17" or 18" - $1200 give or take
Lowered DIY - $800ish
Exhaust 2.5" catback - $300ish
Tint - $300ish i think from memory
--------------
Total $2600

From there think about getting a Ghia leather interior $400, cam $400, extractors $500, maybe xr6 front end $700.. that kind of stuff.

That should give you a fair guide of basic things to do to your falcon after all that you will have a fairly quick comfortable cruiser.

catback isnt a brand, its a style. Means you get a new exhaust from the cat converter to the end. (cat converter is straight after the manifold, under the car). Redback is what most people run but theyre all the same, 2.5inch is the going size for a six pot.
As for lowering, $800?!, those grinding discs must be made out of solid gold.

Welcome to the forum, my advice is to take a look at what some of the other guys on here have done in 'The Garage' and have a look at some of the tech docs under the Resources tab. And don't be afraid to ask questions.

Yeah cat back just means from the catalytic converter backwards of the exhaust is replaced, i have a 2.5" Redback exhaust with Pacemaker 4480 extractors on my EF and it sounds nice and goes hard.

The catback exhaust by itself was around 260 fitted and the extractors should be around 500-600ish depending on what brand and type u get.

You can lower a car DIY for $800 .. also seen plenty of secondhand lowered spring and shock kits for less then $300.

Well, theres 2 ways to do it.
The way that costs lots of money (buying springs/shocks) About $500
Or theres the way that suits the car (cheap, but nothing wrong with it) Free - About 3 hours
