Brakes sound expensive but once you have driven a saloon car you quickly get over the cost when you feel how good they pull you up.

i had the best time yesterday at sandown its so much different to 1.6L hahahaha i was a bit of a puss on the corners tho... i did floor it in str8s but hesitated on corners. i can say i passed a think BA XR6 hehehehe i felt good teehee.

only thing that went wrong the speedo sender popped out and let some gearbox oil out and dad thought i did a head gasket. and also need to replace front windscreen AGAIN cracked right on my side big long crack.

new record for sandown track so far 1.42.58 YAY

will post up pics hopefully tonight

have you got strut braces? maybe you should invest in some if you dont, id say it would be the car twisting thats causing the windscreen to crack

Whatever you do Ketty don't put a strut brace in. Makes the car to stiff and will create monster under steer. The windscreen crack is probably from hitting kerbing. Windscreens are one of the most replaced parts on a saloon car so get used to it. If you need any help with car set up give me a call if you want.
