You can machine the existing exhaust seats to take an XR 41mm valve(was it you who posted where to get new ones from ?), But pricewise it's probably better to get a 2nd hand AU head - memory block - you can just swap cam and rocker assy over ??? 9.6:1 compression off the bat too.
On holden red motors, bolting a 161 CI small chamber head to a 186 or 202 was an easy compression booster - shame we don't have similar, IIRC the 3.2 head wasn't an option.

you can get new valves from precision. not sure if i had posted it before or not. and yeah i was going to put 41mm exh in, polish up the exh ports and chambers, just havent had time. this head is just a spare time filler.
as for the au head, im going to be using them on the engines im building, but they are going to be abit higher than 9.6:1 comp lol

yeah definitely, has a bit more power to be extracted first tho, its pulling a bit of vacuum at high revs and needs better spark and more fuel up high. i pulled 4deg timing out from 5500-7000 as its going lean. new injs will be here shortly, and new plug leads as mine are shagged

injectors are on their way, missus dropped them in the post this morning. as for the ba airbox, I think it can fit with a bit of persuasion on the inner guard with a hammer, or heat up the airbox and bend it so it fits
