taken quite a lot of development and tuning to get that. made 136 with cam and stock head. then 161 with ported head. then 164 with bigger exhaust and throttle body. i think its pretty decent numbers for what is a small/mid level cam

Did you do your own porting ?
With that machining around the exhaust valves, looks like a Ticky head?

The water galleries on the exhaust side of no 3 & 6 combustion chambers look like they have some bad corrosion - they look fairly close to the firing ring area.

Wise move - no3 would've cracked through to the chamber I'd say over time - particularly if it was overheated.
Good for you - Wagondad from memory achieved around 240CFM @ 0.500" lift on his inlets with a 94AB head.

funnily enough the tickford castings tend to flow less on the bench than standard heads

It is surprising, But with some porting, it would have the more potential.
Since the XR heads are similar to the AU's, you could substitute it in this article http://www.autospeed.com/cms/A_109232/article.html .

I don't know if you should waste your time - Tickford_6 bandsawed a few.
The main area to take off inlet wise is around 2mm lay back the short side radius.

I guess though exhaust wise, it'd be nice to know how far you can straighten out that dogleg near the exhaust valve guide stem. I think size wise the inlets are okay - the exhausts need that little extra.

i was going to do it mainly to see for myself where it can be taken out and how much, and post it up here, i know tickford 6 did it a while ago, but didnt he delete it when he cracked the sads? atleast this way it can be put up as a sticky and maybe locked by the mods so it cant be deleted

Fair call.
He didn't delete it all, but much is gone.
Crying shame - a lot of experience and info - unfortunately, a childish pr*ck.
