well im over my daily wagon, with the week and a half of rain the floor is like a fish tank, so i thought instead of pouring more money into the wagon when i could be focusing on the fairlane.

plans for now are to get it back on the road, new ball joints, top and bottom, throw the FTR's on there, replace the head gasket on the EF motor and throw it in, replace the headlining and probably throw the wagon up on ebay, either that or ill strip the dash out, seal up the window, fix the rust and turbo it.. still undecided on that part, but for now ill fix the lane up ready to go

is happily sell the wagon and buy the lane, but show me someone who will pay micks asking price on the lane for a CFI 3 speed auto leaking wagon? lol

im pulling panels off over the weekend as i think i found the leak. if i fix the leak ill throw the EBII motor in and T5 and go from there, still get the lane on the road, but i think im more likely to sell a MPFI T5 EA wagon with no leaks

well i have some more fun happening shortly, tomorrow an EF Futura Sedan arrives, which ill be removing the dash, console, loom and seats/trims from it and installing them into the fairlane along with the heater core so it fully works. and since my heater and stuff doesnt work in the lane at the moment (well cant change it from demister) i dont mind loosing the climate control and digital dash. i still need to find 2 grey rear door trims to suit power windows but that can wait for now

the car was rolled but the motor box and everything below the bottom of the windows is fine (except panels are dented) so added with the EF motor and box i have sitting with the fairlane i can run the full EF setup, with coil packs. i have the EF fairmont ECU from the motor, and also the futura one with the wreck.

so will be a fun weekend ripping everything out of the sedan. if anyone needs anything shoot me a PM and ill see what the parts are like. things like rotors are taken, there is thermos, radiator, gearbox (well i have 2 or 3 spare box's)

ill throw up some pics tomorrow once it arrives here
