I posted this in the wrong spot, lol...... new much?

my project and where im at.

All feedback is welcome, but, if you have nothing nice to say, please keep it to yourself.

My car is an EF Falcon, white and bog stock....was.
To explain the build and how i got here ia a tale so enjoy the read.

I purchased the car as a run around, stock except for the 17" ROH rims and chopped springs "bogan much" it served me well for.months i had a small mishap, car+curb at 40km side.on = whats linkage smashed out the diff and one undrivable car.

So i had a.dead car and a need to fix it..... the makings of a project.
Recently born son, so had to have a car, my mun also recentky.passed and i needed to be constructive with my time, yhe bottle i crawled into for a month wasnt doing me any favours.

So it began

Same time a mate dropped a 2JZ GTE Twin turbo into his Supra, cost him 7k just for engine and professsional install. " i vet you couks do a whole car for that or less" was my words.....

So a $$ limit has been set, 5-7k including the purchase price of thw car. A big ask.......

I purchased a EL Fairmobt for parts, and got lucky, so here is the lisr ao far, ill add pictures when i work out how.

LSD diff - baremetalled and sprayed ford bkue in engine enamel
Undersiden- 100% matt black and very VERY clean
Rebuilt rear brakes - strippes as diff, ford blue in 1000' enamel
Chrome wats linkage
Ford blue trailing arms
Chrome hubs
Chrome harmonic balancer on driveshaft
Driveshaft - ford blue in 300' enamel

" all painted items recieved 3-7 coats.... "

Interior stripped out and ckeaned
- leather seats from Fairmont , now black
Dash and console now black
Scuff boards black, 5 layers + 5 layers of clearcoat
Heaps more interior panels black, door rubbers white

Fairmont intake installed, now.blue, used anodised paint, took 9 layers but looks mint.
Belt cover/power steering fluid runoff now chrome silver.

So whats left... heaps so much.
I have a massive stereo install im aiming for 140 db or more
Window tint
Front brake grade
Finish inside the car
New carpet
New roof lining
New springs and shocks
Fix, paint and detail the rims
Headers and new exaust
MAYBE A CAM
MAYBE A TURBO
Custom boot install for amps and subs.
Heaps of new lighting
New paint job
And more

STEREO
i have
Pioneer DEH 9850BT head unit
2x 12" Pioneer 1000w - 400rms subs
set of
Fusion 5.25 Powerplant comp speakers 95rms each
Boschmann 6.5 extreme comp speakers 150rms each
JBL 6.5 comp series splits at 120rms each
----- 1 more set to be added

Amps yet to purchase.

I could add more but i need sleep.

Wow man this is sounding awesome! 8-) Seems like you've put a lot of time and effort into it already. Would absolutely love to see some pictures if you would like to post some for everyone to see? Keep us up to date with any updates to the car! :P

Good work! Check out my ride in the green!

A time consuming process, the black has 3+ coats
The blue is at least 3 as well. With hours and houra of touch ups to get it all done right.

Its been ages since i posted but thought id try and make.some effort.
Ive been actively planning and buying bits for the car, and looks like ill be doing a big build in the new year.

Unfortunatly ive done Nothing 100% sweetFA to the car in the last 8 weeks.
Working everyday, no time..... its killing me.

Im been looking into an engine rebuild.
New paint design
How to upgrade the front brakes
What forced induction will be best
How to improve on my previous ideas and heaps more.

I have however made a decent effort.with the body, dent removal, rust removal and.so forth.
That doesnt.take.much time so easy to do 5 mins here n there.
