Random picture dump. Got bored last night so decided to go out and test my new camera (Canon EOS 550D DSLR) pritty new at this kind of photography and getting all arty with shots but heres a few that turned out semi decent I think. If anyone has any tips on photography or knows of some good sites I could learn off let me know :)

Not realy anything new done since last post that I remember, other then a new starter motor as mine decided to die when I was out at the shops a few weeks back and had to get a tow truck to pick me up..

I know I know :( bit sad looking at it at the moment with the stockies. Worst thing is next weekend I'll probably have to have stockies on the front too. No job atm and dont have the money to get new rubber for the 20"s just yet

Thanks mate :) I absolutely love it!

Mods will start soon lol

Aleady ordered the number plates, should be here next week hopefully in time for the All Ford Day at the creek

Looking into what will be a better idea at the moment, manual conversion or strengthen the 4 speed and put in a high stall.

Very nice Oz! I approve of the switch to XR8 :D

I take it you found a job? Went from not being able to afford tyres to upgrading to a V8 with custom plates.....all in the same page

Cheers,
Mick

Haha yeh true didn't notice that, yeh I'm working :) Apprentice mechanic at Honda in Maitland. Second year now.
Shows how long it had been since updating the thread. Not much happened to the XT in that time except for problems!
First was a "secondary" thermostat in a plastic housing for the transmision went (apparently a recalled item) replaced with steel hoses to cancell out the thermostat due to the housing busting open resulting in loss of coolant and the car overheated and went into limp mode.. Towed home

Not even a month after that was fixed the heat exchanger for the transmission failed resulting in a nice chocy milk in my coolant resivoir and transmission (well known cross contamination). Got to replace the gearbox before I sell it
