On a side note,
I sprayed a set of 'stockies' when I feel like being "fully hectic" and stuff...

Just order a set of slotted and dimpled front rotors for the Ghia.

I opted not to get the gold anodising, as I've heard it rubs off and leaves the rotor looking crap.

Cheers,
Russ.

I need a new alternator...
Car got sent into limp home mode (no dash readings, abs light on, stuck in 3rd.)
$147 later, hopefully the problem will be fixed... sigh.

Cheers.

Just fronts for the time being, they were $170 for the pair.
That's trade price though :P

Yeah, it worked out well.
I'd just need some Remsa pads to go with them.

New alternator is in and the car is now out of limp home mode, which is awesome.

Additionally, I just installed some 6000k Bi-Xenon HIDs, for dat P-plater feel.
SO white.

Cheers folks,
Russ.

6000k Bi-Xenon HIDs are in, and working great!
I've got them angled more towards the ground to avoid distracting other drivers.
I like them a heap, and would recommend it to anyone.
I just need to replace the middle lights as well.
Anyways, this is a shot at night time.
They are so bright.

Picked up some lowered Lovell's springs from a customer today.
He raised his AU Fairmont to about 1in below stock, as the Lovells were too low for him.
They tucked the rear tyre about 15mm, so I was quick to jump on them.
Best bit was that they were free!
He didn't want them, so I grabbed them. (Perks of being an apprentice mechanic, I guess)
Hopefully the rear springs drop my rear end just that little bit more.

Cheers,
Russ.
