Ok, so I got this little gem of a car about 4 months ago and have been driving it as my daily. I then tried to sell it and have realized that it will end up going for way less than what its worth so I have decided to keep it and do some good things with it.

Car: 1997 EL Falcon GLi
K's: 143,000
Transmission: 5 speed manual.

The car has had a decent amount of work done to it and having such low k's combined with good mods makes for a really nice street sleeper.

Mods include...

Engine: Shaved head, crow cam, chipped ecu, pacemaker extracters

Transmission: Re-built T5 gearbox, Exceedy heavy duty clutch

Susspension: King Springs

Interior: XR6 leather bound steering wheel

Stereo: Kenwood cd/mp3, pioneer 12" sub with kenwood amp and STOCK pioneer speakers front and back.

Here is a couple of pics from when I bought the car.

I decided to get stuck into fixing up the car straight away. First on the list was to paint the bonnet. The previous owner had done the fairmont front end conversion but sold me the car before he had a chance to paint the bonnet. Managed to knock it over in 2 afternoons and I am pretty stoked on the out come.

Also finally put the EL fairmont grill on and I cant believe how much better it looks! Stoked!

Hahaha mind reader!

Dude painting the bonnet was so easy. Just make sure you rub the primer back flat and rub the clear back flat before buffing.

It was for sale on here but I was looking at only getting half of what I wanted so I've decided to keep it. Thanks heaps for all the kind words. It looks so much better with the bonnet painted. I need to tint the windows and think about bigger wheels. I rekon the stockmen wheels are the only thing stopping the cops putting a little sticker on it. Will have to lift the back up a bit if I go for bigger wheels so it's all legit. So many decisions haha
