Looks like a great base to start from- has front kit and fairmont interior already. I wish mine had that much of a head start when i bought it!

Colour looks fine IMO - MK 1 certainly looked good, maybe people need to see the car complete before judging. Have a look at ford-bodykits-f15/wagon-project-t57344.html .
Is that a glimpse of MK 1 in the background in one of the above pics ??
It was certainly heartbreaking to see what happened to MK 1, credit to you to be doing it all again.
I guess at least second time around you'll be able to make any alterations you weren't happy with.
Be watching this build with interest.
