I've seen the stainless door trims done before, it can look good if done right. I was thinking about making some custom trims for my pano that would have a stainless insert on them. Black vinyl with a stainless insert....could look good.

Yeah I got the idea when I was watching fast and furious tokyo drift. The cream monte carlo at the start had Stainless interior.

This is the best pic I could find.

And just a random pic of another car that has stainless door trims.

On a street car, unless you are going for the "shouldn't be wearing plates look", I reckon that's too much stainless, but each to their own! If you like it, go for it!

Cheers

Yes I have, its not bad at all. I have a 16gb sd card with arround 700 mp3s on it so far. you can play it on random or you skip 1 or 10 tracks at a time. I have my front speakers running off the head unit and the rears off my amp. Its a very basic head unit, but being only radio and mp3 playback, there is no moving parts and not much can go wrong with it.

Cheers

The depth of them is less than your normal head unit. Because it has no CD, there is no need for it to be as deep. For me it was a perfect fit for the XB. Normally head units dont fit that well in the XB.

Well I am now the owner of a ax1100, just gotta install it and RTFM.

Can be mp3's be in separate folders? and anything to watch out when doing the settings?

Cheers, bear

That was quick. Did you get it from RYDA? Anyways, yeah you can have your music if folders, but you cant browse folders on the head unit. I just have it on random, and if I get to an album I like I take it off random.

Im not sure if there is a limit on how many mp3's you can have on the SD, I have not put that many on yet.

Yeah they look good.
But in the riddlers I like the 655 series. Also to me being available in 17" is a huge plus. You get the old school look and affordable tyres.

At these prices you would be insane to buy them in Australia at the moment!

Damn! The Riddler 695's in 18x8 an 18x9.5 in Matte Black are calling me to go on the Wagon!

How much do you think postage would be?

XR-Lane, those wheels you posted above will look awesome on the XB.

Cheers

That site is cheap, not sure of what the postage will be though.

This guy wants $1000 and says the tyres are new with the sprigs still on them. He also has Wheel nuts, not that they cost that much.

Those mags look like ones that you used to be able to get as dealer options on XW-XY's (maybe others too - on an XA in this pik)
