We are noticing that a number of members are complaining that we don't respond to emails.

I suspect that there is a problem somewhere, because, in almost every instance, the emails in question are not arriving at our end.

Until we can fix the problem l would ask members not to send emails.....PM's are much more reliable. Just contact me "Wade Cams" and l will endeavour to respond at the earliest opportunity.
