ghia wreck is a tickford one - going to sell complete.

i want a spare so that i can get it ported & polished without having to have my car off the road to do it!

should be able to get a cheap one from a wrecker.

i picked up one off an EL for $200. was in good condition, it could have been put on an engine like it was with out even a shave. no corrosion either.

but that was with rocker gear cam cam gear and rocker cover.

Sorry to pollute your thread, but weren’t you putting the ticky into your EF?

original plan was to just straight-swap motors.

now going to use the Ghia bottom end, with new cam, ported & polished head etc, in conjunction with a unichip - aiming to hit ~160-165rwkw when all said & done :)

plus the XR head would sell for the value of a normal head AND half of the headwork
