im looking for a scale model EA-ED, in plasic\diecast or matchbox.
i would prefer EA but i dont like my chances. anything considered.

i have seen some police ones of the boxcar.
i spent ages hunting for an ef model the best i found was matchbox size. good luck mate edit: some good advice go to some car model shops if you can they have HEAPS of catalogues, they might be able to find somthing. |

the only ones I've seen are EBGTs, 3 colours in a 1:24 scale but they were a little warped looking, they'd cost a bit now as they were realeased a few years ago and very rare.

Try searching Carlectables and Biante on E-Bay and try their websites. Quite often they have auctions on their sites and stuff like this gets sold. Gotta say though that these models are conspicuous by their absence

you can get match box for ef el
biante did make 1 1/24 scale EBGT carcollectable i thnk they made a 1/24 d**k johnson EL but you have very very slim chances in finding EA-ED's unless you find some 1/43 race cars and mod them . i also have a few 1/43 EF's in reef green and cardnial red that i was selling some time ago 
i am currently making a base mould for a EB ED sedan and also NA/DC fairlane/LTD in 1/24 scale .(long term project as im staying away from 1/1 scale cars for some time

thanks for your replys, so far ive seen 4 different eb race cars on ebay , but nothing under $175.. they were collectors editions.

I have seen all these cars in 1/43 scale the detail is as good as biante's.

these guys do 1:25 resin kits of aussie cars, they've made a few classics and have dona vp & vt crappadore range, if we got enough numbers and hassled them long enough for EB/ED, EF/EL maybe they'd go for it.

i got the XW/XY , LJ XU1 , and "S-Regal"
from them , there good if you know what ya doin with resin bodies and can kit bash
