hi ppl i need a new istrument cluster to suit el.... and if i find a el/ef xr6 one what do i need to make all the gauges go? and dash will do mine all stuffed up

Are you changing to a XR cluster from GLi?If yours is a XR,just remove and plug in new dash.Otherwise,i'm sure there is a tech document on here(have seen it on ol' FM site)explaining how to...

you will need an oil pressure sensor replace the sender to get the oil pressure gauge to work. if its a Gli you'll also need to fit a low coolant sensor in the overflow bottle if you want that to work also.

apart from that, the battery voltage (which is the other extra gauge) will work fine :wink:

i just need one as aparentley in my cluster there is a few dodgy diodes and makes it all jumpy and stuff and my tacko dont work at all know..
