Hi all, am really in need of some headlight covers for my ef monty.

If anyone in melbourne has any that are NOT cracked and NOT scratched, please let me know.

Prefer any with no lines, just clear plastic.

Don't want anyone telling me that these will look stupid as they are not going to be ordinary covers.

Try a few car detailers - they will give them away for free. I went to one the other day and got a set for my EL. This dealer had only been in business for about 18 months and had a whole storeroom full. They take them off for the car dealers to make the vehicles look 'cleaner' when selling. As always the genuine ford ones are the best, but aunger or hella aint too bad either.

Also I haven't got that paint code for you yet - I haven't been home to check it but will let you know as soon as I find out. I'd say if yours is a series II EF then it'll be the same, but series I most likely different. You know how many paint codes ford had in the EF/EL...

cheers

mate its Q9 unfortunately. Its a few shades darker than yours. Sure you can't stick yours back together? Black Sikaflex would be the best to use. it sticks anything, and still has tight elastic properties.
