I have a piggyback interceptor chip, that I am thinking of selling - made by a South African crowd called 'perfect power' - they have lots of experience with subarus - good for fine tuning N/A applications.

It is real time programmable (unlike unichip) so you can make changes and upload them as you drive. It's an SMT6 found on http://www.perfectpower.com/products/smt6.asp

Cheers,
Steve

Well it isn't the best thing for my turbo application, so I need to go to something like Haltech or Wolf3d.

As for the chip - it's good for tuning fuel / timing for an N/A application, but is limited (like most chips) in terms of its interceptor nature - ie, the ford computer will compensate by equalising settings - this is more-so an issue with large / drastic changes like with boost related maps...N/A application would be more tunable AFAICT.

The beauty of this SMT6 is that you can tune it real-time - unlike UniChip where you have to keep going back for uploading a new tune which costs $$$ each time obviously.
