What is the best injectore size for Ford EF 6 Cylinder supercharged.

You will need to give a bit more info than that - How much boost, what kind of power it will put out etc...

You will probably be looking at somewhere around 36-42lb's

I'm looking for Street/Light race 7-9 PSI of boost Which 260-280KW.
No engine modification beside Headers-Extractores 2.5" and cat-back Exh.2.5".
