Hey guys,

Just wondering if looms are interchangeable between models? Can I use an EB gli engine loom with an EA ghia dash loom and it will all just plug in and work? I dont care if I dont have the climate control bits in there. They are missing already.

Also is the EB2 ECU seperate to smartlock? If I remove the ECU and associated looms and put them in the EA without the BEM and dash loom from the EB can it run a motor?

only late eb2 had smartlock mines mid 92 had no smartlock and the wiring is different for climate control not much though as far as i know just a sensor on the thermostat housing but i could be wrong.
