Hey guys,
I have a 1988 ea falcon 3.9 cfi 3 spd auto Just wanting some ideas on what to check for harsh engagement when selecting reverse especially on cold starts. It does sometimes bang into reverse when hot. I have just done a filter/pan gasket/fresh dex III change Thinking I'll check torque specs of torque convertor bolts anything else I should check other than the harsh shift change in reverse the auto changes smooth albet slow of the mark Thanks in advance |
