Hi guys. now this maybe a stupid question, but been looking at an XF Ute as a bit of a project for myself. Anyway, has anyone done a Barra swap into an XF? Just curious, as this thing is in fair condition, but if i grab it, i'm thinking Barra swap down the track. am i looking the same issues as i would be swapping a barra into an e series, or are there other things i need to consider?

Hi there,barra conversion is doable/bit of a mission tho but worth it definitely, I've just done it in my XG ute and so far its been good, ECU needs flashing to remove PATS may be able to find someone to do it for you-as the HP Tuner software is $800-900, if you have any questions or would like to see pics let me know and I'll answer what I can for you, cheers, Johnny.
