Can any one tell me and is deffirent between the two models undernieth?
I have Twin 3 inch Exhurst off an XD Sedan for my XF sedan but i'm having trouble fitting.
I believe the spare wheel holds and different. But is there anything else?

Gearbox cross-member has two little humps for the exhaust pipes to clear on the XD's and are about 450mm across yet the XF ones are narrow (about 300mm across) and dont have any humps where the dual exhausts go

still the same at the diff end apart from leaf to coils (sedan only)

XD sedan had leafs and XE onwards was a coil rear.
Thats where the differences are.

XD spare tyre lived in the floor, and XE/XF, the spare stood up on the exhaust side, and the rear lower valance panel, XD is different to XE/XF...exhaust recess is in different spot.

Coil springs and not being able to fit a standard size esky in the boot of an XD made it necessary to redesign the rear end and boot floor for XE/XF. :mrgreen:
