does anyone no what i need to do to fit a xe diff into a ford xe sedan only reason im going for a el diff trying to match it to my new tickford motor

ed xr6 would be easier, same ratio as el xr6, you just use the ed rear handbrake cables and press in ed rear lower control arm bushes.

You can change over the brakes from an EB/ED to the EL diff.

When you say you are trying to match it to the tickford motor do you just mean the same diff ratio? If so, it'd be a hell of a lot easier just finding an XE diff with the same ratio as the tickford originally came from...
