as above, will an EL front bumper fit on a XH?

Should do (just like an EF one will), but the XH bonnet certainly won't match up with the EL front.

The XH bonnet is far different to that of an EL....this is because from the firewall back the XH's are XD/XE/XF, and from the firewall forward is EF so firstly the bonnet blends from old to new, secondly there is a hump on the XH bonnet to provide clearance over the radiator. That said, there is no way you can put an EF/EL bonnet on a XH.

ah i see. it would certainly be original though. would an EF radiator fit, considering its the same from the firewall forward? is that the only thing stopping it or would the quarter panels not line up either?
