replacing heater box in my xb any advice removed instruments , Do I remove under dash AC & T bar cons ? It had a major leak hot green water now fan not working .

I was able to remove mine pretty easy but I didn't have a console or underdash air to worry about....undo the nuts in the engine bay, hoses etc and see if you can jiggle it out downward into the passenger footwell. Depending on your underdash air setup you may need to loosen it enough to get it out but personally I prefer to remove as little as I can get away with...try undoing the heater first, you may be surprised...
