i reckon coca-cola red... with light silver highlights...
the coke red is like black with a slight tinge of red and when the sun hits it its a deep red... just the way i would do it... with convo pro ET's dropped nice and low, coke can low... cheers |

I have a blaze yellow gt coupe,so I have to give a vote to blaze yellow.But if I had a one I could mod paintwise,I would go gloss black.Lots of hard work,both to get it straight and keep it clean once it's done,but I reckon black is the most menacing colour on a coupe.

There was a real tough XB GT hard top getting around in the car magazines around 10-15 years ago and some chick owned it. It was black with silver high lights. It had rebel wheels with 295's on the back. At the time that thing was the toughest car i had ever laid eyes on.

Yeah Ive got that magazine somewhere. Strange thing though, the engine bay looked like it was still in primer! Pretty sure it was an XA though.

Nah the bay was gloss black and it had a billet distributor. That's all i can remember. It was pretty much an elite car back in 1991. I think the plates qwere GT3510 or XB3510. Could be mistaken. I had the mag but it accidentally got tossed out. It had the THUMPN XF in it as well. To a few XF enthusiasts, that was the ultimate XF, me and interceptor included. |
