I under stand what u are saying warlock, but I dont believe I said anything about descrimination, look at it from this angle,an xk-xp enthusiast ,too gain understanding of how many people have posted in the past he or she would flick thru forum pages in the archives and find not even a handful in all the pages re xk-xp .Obviously they my try other forums.Your example citing stangs,I dont think they would graft L300 front end into a stang, thats the sort of thing I,m talking about.I hope u know where I,m coming from.Cheers ,and thanks for your reply PS This not a rebellion. you can't blame the forum for not having enough people in it that own XK-XP's we where lucky to get the X series forum as everything could be covered in the other topics. I started the X series forum to encourage owners of older fords (X series) to join the website and join they have XK's - XP's are X series cars there for they belong in the X series forum if it has and X it belongs here we don't need to create another forum it would be a total waste of band width.

if you keep posting in the X series forum about XK's - XP's then they will find post's about XK's - XP's and u wouldn't need the extra forum anyway. this forum is still only young give it time and spread the word and maybe more XK - XP owners will join. :D

the problem is the owners of the older model X series tend to also be older, and they tend not to join forums such as this, they tend not to use the internet at all they just join clubs like the early ford owners club.

we would love to have more clasic ford owners join the site so if you meet any please tell them they are most welcome here. Owners of clasic fords are always a wealth of knowledge and it would be great to have more join Fordmods and post in the X series forum :)
