My 2002 BA MKII ute has decided recently it dosen't like 5th gear anymore, still shifts into 5th however after a random amount of time (sometimes instantly, sometimes after a minute) it spits it back into neutral. Anyone know why this is happening? Is the clutch on its way out or is it potentially time for a new box? still shifts and holds every other gear fine.
