Where can I get them and are they polished or do you have to polish them up yourself?

ask the guys at ftg auto salvage, and with age of the rims its most likly that u will want to repolish them as after 30 or 40 years their polish would have faded

they were never polished...... either painted or chromed
you can still buy new ones, look in the parts peddler/just parts etc

i got mine and just put a few coats of autosol on em came up really well
