soooo. long time no update....

Cars not dead. i pulled it off the road a little over 12months ago now to clean up a few "ill do it later" jobs. repainting the engine bay was one of them. plus upgrading the gearbox to a tr6060 fg 6 speed. one for the extra strength and second for the bigger clutch.

now one thing at a time... the painting.....

{DESCRIPTION}

i got it all smooth welded a ton of holes had a "spraypainter" come out and spray it and all was good. untill i needed to touch up the couple of bad spots.

{DESCRIPTION}
{DESCRIPTION}

so it was time to strip it back and start almost from scratch.

now im not a painter. i run a bicycle shop. but i painted it myself the second time and im happy with how it looks. its not anywhere near perfect but its pretty dam good.

{DESCRIPTION}

{DESCRIPTION}

Before and after
{DESCRIPTION}

while its been parked also got a fresh cam
{DESCRIPTION}

and some ceramic coating done
{DESCRIPTION}

got around to putting my au upper arms in.
{DESCRIPTION}

then at that stage, with the bay painted and car without a motor... i had to move house.

luckily i found a place around the corner so a flat tow latter....

{DESCRIPTION}
store room!!
{DESCRIPTION}

since having a better shhed ive been bitten with some motivation and things have been going faster.
got some new rotors and big brakes for the rear.

fronts {DESCRIPTION}
front pads {DESCRIPTION}

rear comparison
{DESCRIPTION}

done
{DESCRIPTION}

and same motor that came out just some extra bling....

{DESCRIPTION}

{DESCRIPTION}

{DESCRIPTION}

{DESCRIPTION}

{DESCRIPTION}

time to put it back in
{DESCRIPTION}

{DESCRIPTION}

{DESCRIPTION}

{DESCRIPTION}

{DESCRIPTION}

and thats how its sits now. still have loads of work to do. next is sorting the gearbox then its off for a new exhaust ecu tune and then after too long i can drive it again!
