On another note, I have secured a ticky head, came and rocker cover, so should be picking them up next wkd hopefully... Mmmmmm more power is always a good thing.

Should I upgrade the cam or just use the tickford one? Am undecided at this point...

I've heard that there is a good difference... But if I have it out already it makes sense to upgrade..

Have just signed up for a basic skills course for panel beating to further my skills... So that should come in handy for my playing

Long time between updates.... Probably because the el hasn't had much love :( just sitting in the shed in parts begging for time to be spent on it. The tickford head fell through, unlucky, but another may come along.

Have just started to look into a new exciting mod :P only early days but I'm 90% sold on the idea. Just get some funds together and go through with it...

Of late most of my time and money has gone into these two :twisted:

Going to be starting the re-spray on the body on Friday, hopefully the rain holds off so I can focus on it all wkd.

Then once it's all back together, it'll be going to my friends place who is going to show me how to do the manual conversion. And then I will back taking it in for another road worthy check. It will be good to drive it around, it's only be sitting in the shed dice I bought it nearly 18 months ago :/

Looks good from the pictures! Can't wait to see pictures of it all back together. :D This is motivating me to get a move on with my own EL. :)

Thanks man.

It's now ready for its final coat. I sanded back the last coat to fix the imperfections

Not a pretty pick, but it shows pretty much everything back in place :P

Some more painting today, body is done, just the bars and light covers to go :D

{DESCRIPTION}

Chucked on the el taillights which I tinted to see what the all black a** would look like. Not bad, but I prefer the standards (maybe with a tiny amount of tint)

Long time between updates...

Haven't done much the the el of late due to a lot on my plate, but I hit a roo in the au the other day so the el is being fast tracked into commission.

I replaced the super super low rear springs with super lows hoping that it will raise it enough for a RWC. And is currently having the tailpipe extended and an exhaust leak repaired.

Plan was to sell the au in the coming weeks to fund some boost, buti wont be getting as much for it in its current state, so will fix it up and offload it for a lower price.

Bought a new daily recently, so the el is now sitting in the driveway waiting for some love...

I made a bracket today and mounted the cooler, and then started to run the piping, need to get some more joiners and a bit more piping, but it's getting there

{DESCRIPTION}

Liked the look of the cooler, but decided to paint it black

{DESCRIPTION}

All hidden, it's a snug fit, but no chopping of the bar was required, and I still have AC :D

{DESCRIPTION}
