Any one got any thoughts or experience on using 10% ethanol (or other) mixes? My BA-XR6T seems to run on it with no trouble but could there be any long-term damage? I hear that Ford does not recommend using ethanol mixes in the older Focus, for example, because of possible fuel-line or pump damage  . Any ideas worth sharing :?:

hey mate

Search is your friend, there are a couple of fuel threads going on

Here is a one thats got a bit of info in it - ecu-fuel-system-eec-f21/standard-unleaded-vs-premium-unleaded-t93589.html?hilit=98 vs

As for E10 and a turbo, i dont think its recommended at all. I used to run e10 in my na bf but i have made the switch to 98, the wallet is hurting more but the car is responding much better and my range measurement is alot more accurate
