Hey guys, just curious, I am looking at doing a few mods to my car.
I am looking at putting a full 2.5 exhaust system and extractors on my car, what would be the best brands or any good places in Hobart?

If you guys have any other suggestions for mods please let me know?

I got a 94 ef gli, the mods ive done can been seen in my signature. Full exhaust cost me $1120. Manual conversion & cam & el intake cost me $1100. trip computer cost me 35 off ebay.

Other things you could do would be to lower it, not too sure on price but really worth it!!! then rims and you should be set.

All up my cars cost me bout 2500 - 3000 for the list of mods ive done.

hope this helps!!!

Pacemaker extractors are a worthwhile start regarding exhaust along with a hi flow cat.

Gezza where do you get those globes from! I am undertaking an AU XR6 HP and T5 conersion as we speak.
I currently use Advance headers, and there is a noticable and pleasant bump up in torque although the note is initially droney, after time it settled into a lustrous deep burble. You might well find these cheaper than Pacey's but make sure you get them coated.
Aside from that, I have a K&N and put some 'speed holes' in the airbox, which made a very slight difference strangely enough.

thanks heaps for your comments guys, i have looked around and found, a 2.5 stainless steel mandrel bent system exhaust system, either genie or pacemaker mandrel bent pipes, and a hi flow cat to start with...

also what do you guys think of visual mods? i dont want anything over the top, just something to make it look a bit different, nothing like a body kit or rims... just something i dunno different.

Try having a read of this, it's one of those sticky threads that nobody bothers to read for some reason!
