Were the front Hubs checked? and Ball Joints? and Lower control arm bushes? Might be a good idea to check the sliders on the Calipers, they may be dry or not moving at all.

I a had a front wheel alignment 2 weeks ago
They said all bushes and ball joints were ok
Including both Unis.

As far as the Calipers and Brakes go I did the front
Everything was cleaned spotless but I did not lube anything or pack Bearings

Keep in mind I do not touch the brakes when this Slight vibration Happens.
I just take the foot of the pedal at 80km and its there.

Did you get a wheel balance when the alignment was done?

What is your tyre wear like ?

Also no mention on the tie rod ends they can be a important part of how it "drives"

Sorry guys I had a couple of days work

Claytee ..its a Straight axle

EF-wanabe There are 2 brand new Shockers at the front and 2 new tyres
they checked the rods the Ball joints and thye balance of all tyres 3 times now

fordau99 ...As far as the Hubs go when I did them every thing looked OK

But I don,t know to much about the front Hubs You might have a good starting point
but Iam not to sure what your getting at Keeping in mind what I have said above

When you say Balls are Blown do you mean ball joints or Bearings
Because no one has touched the Bearings yet .

Hmmm i am not sure 110% how to test the wheel bearings but its either they make a noise or you jack the car up and try move the wheel left to right

Replacing them is quite straight forward im sure there is a guide on here and there cheap to $50-60 shipped to your door for both

Sounds like a tail shaft issue. I have had vibration issues when coasting at around 75-85km/hr, vibration goes away once the go pedal is applied. If severe enough, I guess the vibrations would travel throughout the whole car, not just the steering wheel, although you have most direct contact on your hands, you'd feel it more.

Thanks Phongus I always thaught the same but because I havent hit anything that could have bent

it . I mainly thaught it was unis thats why I told them at the wheel alignment a couple of weeks ago

I told them make sure to have a good look at the unis , I have a feeling they mainly looked at

wheel alignment ONLY.. which was what they were getting paid for.

If this is the case is there much I can do , ,,,,or do I have to take it to a Tail shaft expert

Iam in the west of Victoria MELTON .

Don,t if this means anything my drive way is a bit steap to wards the end and sometimes

the towbar hits the road when backing out,, but nothing to do with the tail shaft .
