I am changing my 1992 EB Fairmont Auto and motor with a 1990 Falcon s-pac 3.9L Manual Motor and box and was wondering if the computer out of the 3.9L will plug in to the 4.0l loom?????

It will fit up but it will depend if your '92 Fairmont has Smartlock whether it will run.
Also...is the EA ECU a Multipoint One? |

Why not swap just gearboxes and keep the 4.0L??

Both motors are injected and the reson for dumping the 4.0l is it has done 560 000 kms lolz and the Wcoon has done not even half that and no me ewb doesn't have Smart lock

Is your Car a series 1 or series 2 EB? I would recomend you get an ED Engine and gearbox onwards, going to an EA 3.9L means less power... Just my 6c's worth, but then again I'm a "Bloody P-Plater".
